SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from time of receipt, except if placed on weekends or holidays, in which case they will be shipped on the next business day.

  • Ground Shipping
    You will normally receive your order within 3-7 business days. There are certain times of the year where slight delays may occur. Please review the shipping carrier's website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Organique Skincare & Wellness is not responsible for any shipping delays.

  • 2 Day Shipping
    You will receive your items within 3 business days (1 days to process your order + 2 days shipping).

 

 

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

 

You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery (additional charges apply. See table above for details). Delivery times for 2 Day shipping are based on the day we download the order. Please make sure to allow for a two-day processing time when placing your order (see above table for details).

 

Organique Skincare & Wellness is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.

ALASKA, HAWAII, U.S. TERRITORIES

Ground or USPS Priority must be selected.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) shipping method. Ground and 2Day shipping are not available.

INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

Organique Skincare & Wellness products are intended for end use in the United States. Products sold for end use in the U.S. are not labeled for international distribution. Organique Skincare & Wellness strictly prohibits the shipping of our product to any location outside the United States.

 

Organique Skincare & Wellness reserves the right to cancel or modify any order.

Order Confirmation Email

When your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order.

Tracking your Shipment

All packages sent via FedEx will have a tracking number assigned and a tracking email will be sent once shipped. For questions, please contact us via email at INFO@ORGANIQUECO.COM.

Organique Skincare & Wellness is not liable for any lost shipments when USPS is selected as the shipping method. The consumer is responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost or undelivered shipments directly with USPS.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Every product purchase from Organique Skincare & Wellness is protected by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations within 30 days of delivery, we will issue a store credit. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
